This service makes an in-depth study into the history of your house.
Have you ever wondered who was living in your house 100 years ago? We have found police constables, door-to-door salesman, politicians, bricklayers, boatmen, and even a sports journalist – in just one house! Included in this service is a history of the neighbourhood, the street, the house and the fascinating stories of the people who lived there before you.
What do you receive?
The research is presented to you in a bespoke printed and bound pack [perfect for living room coffee tables] and includes everything from the layout of the rooms, to the folk tales of the surrounding area. There will also be old maps, photographs and genealogical profiles on as many of the residents as we can trace.
